Yahoo set to launch Yahoo Backstage for DSP advertisers

Yahoo Advertising has revealed plans to introduce Yahoo Backstage, a service that gives Yahoo DSP (demand side platform) advertisers access to curated publisher inventory.

The new service will incorporate over 100 publishers says Yahoo, including names like A+E Networks, Dotdash Meredith, Newsweek, Raptive, Arena Group, and Vizio, alongside the company’s own properties.

Yahoo Backstage will allow publishers to directly integrate with the Yahoo DSP. The service aims to increase win rates on sought-after inventory, thereby delivering more working media dollars to publishers and enhancing performance for advertisers.

Yahoo Backstage is scheduled to be available to all Yahoo DSP advertisers in Q3 2023.
