Xerox Raises $1.1 Billion Through Senior Notes Offering

Xerox closed today on its offering of $600 million of senior unsecured floating rate notes due in 2013 and $500 million of 2.95 percent senior unsecured notes due in 2017.

Net proceeds from the offering will be used for general corporate purposes.
