Wiz raises $1B

Cloud security company Wiz has raised $1 billion in a funding round. The investment was led by Andreessen Horowitz, Lightspeed Venture Partners, and Thrive Capital, with participation from Greylock Partners, and Wellington Management.

Existing Wiz investors Cyberstarts, Greenoaks, Howard Schultz, Index Ventures, Salesforce Ventures, and Sequoia Capital also participated in the investment.

Wiz has raised a total of $1.9 billion and is currently valued at $12 billion.
