Walmart has inked an agreement with supply chain technology company Symbotic to implement their robotics and software automation platform.

The Symbotic platform will be deployed in all 42 of Walmart’s regional distribution centers, says the company. The retrofitting process of the distribution centers is expected to be completed over the next eight years.
