WalkMe has appointed Wayne McCulloch as chief customer officer. He will lead all post-sales functions, including customer success, service, and support, WalkMe said in a statement.
Mr. McCulloch comes to WalkMe from Google, where he oversaw customer success for Google Cloud’s SaaS portfolio. He is also the author of The Seven Pillars of Customer Success.
