Volition raises $11M

Sam Francisco, Calif.-based Volition, providers of an online industrial parts marketplace for hardware development has raised $11 million in a seed funding round.

The seed investment in Volition was led by Newark Venture Partners and Quiet Capital, with participation from Lachy Groom, Alan Rutledge, Julian Capital, and Humba Ventures.
