Virgin Mobile in USA has selected SugarCRM as its CRM vendors. “As part of the new strategy for Virgin Mobile, we saw a need for a modern and innovative CRM that would help better meet the needs of our customers,” said Dow Draper, Virgin Mobile USA CEO, speaking of the deal in a statement.
Communications service providers (CSPs) are now competing with new media providers like Google and Facebook, and need software adept at addressing the expectations of increasingly demanding customers in the era of cloud, mobility and social. CSPs are also known to have complex back-end infrastructure that require customizable CRM.
