Verint To Acquire Kana Software For $514M

Verint Systems has signed a definitive agreement to buy customer service solutions company Kana Software for $514 million. Kana Software is a portfolio company of Accel-KKR.

Jones Day served as legal advisor to Verint in connection with this transaction. Goldman Sachs served as financial advisor and Kirkland & Ellis served as legal advisor to KANA.
