Tipbit Raises $4M

Tipbit, a productivity app that combines email, social and search, has closed a Series A round of $4 million. The investment was led by Ignition Partners. Tipbit was founded in 2011 by Gordon Mangione, who formerly held vice president positions in Citrix and Microsoft.
