Thomson Reuters launches startup incubator for transformational technologies

Thomson Reuters has launched an incubator as part of the Thomson Reuters Lab, an incubator located in Switzerland. The incubator will host early-stage entrepreneurs building products in big data, advanced analytics, distributed ledgers, artificial intelligence, machine learning and other transformational technologies, says the media giant.

As part of the official program, startups will receive access to Thomson Reuters data and content sets, as well as mentoring and networking opportunities for investment and commercialization, according to Thomson Reuters.

The Incubator has  enrolled two startups focused on Fintech – Open Mineral and WealthArc.
