The Economist Gets Into Daily News, After 171 Yrs

The Economist has launched The Economist Espresso, the first daily edition in the publication’s 171-year history. The Economist Espresso, available as an Android and iOS app, will be updated daily each weekday morning in three editions for the Americas, Europe and Asia, says the media giant. Access to the app’s content is free for the first 30-days, and will cost $3.95 a month. Readers can access one article a day without paying.
