Tessera has revamped its board, and is looking for a new CEO, says the company. Robert A. Young, CEO of the company, has stepped down.
Richard S. Hill was appointed chairman of the Tessera board, replacing Robert J. Boehlke. Three new independent directors are joining the board, John Chenault, John H. F. Miner and Christopher A. Seams.
