The five-year unrestricted single award IDIQ contract has a ceiling of $100 million, the company said in a statement.

Under the terms of the FMS-ITSS contract, TeraThink will execute task orders to maintain, upgrade, consolidate, and simplify PBGC’s financial management systems, says the company. Primary task areas include Project Management; Development, Modernization and Engineering (DME); Operations and Maintenance (O&M); Enterprise Architecture (EA); Training; Continuity of Operations (COOP); Data Management; Audit Readiness; and Advisory/Consulting Services.

PBGC is a federal agency that encourages the continuation and maintenance of voluntary private defined benefit pension plans. The agency currently protects the retirement incomes of more than 40 million workers in more than 24,000 private-sector defined benefit pension plans, says Tera Think.
