Online survey platform SurveyMonkey has raised $250 million in equity financing from new investors T. Rowe Price, Morgan Stanley Investment Management, and Baillie Gifford, as well as from current investors Tiger Global Management, CEO Dave Goldberg, ICONIQ Capital, Google Capital, Social+Capital Partnership, Ryan and Chris Finley, and Laurel Crown Partners. Allen & Co. served as financial adviser.

Premise has raised $11 million in a Series B round. The investment was led by Social+Capital Partnership. Existing investors Harrison Metal, Google Ventures, and Bowery Capital also participated in the investment. Premise software and mobile infrastructure collects millions of discrete data points daily to help its clients navigate economic events like global inflation or food security.

Remind101, a free communication platform built for teachers, has raised $15 million in Series B financing led by Kleiner Perkins Caulfield & Byers. The round includes participation from previous investors including the Social + Capital Partnership and First Round Capital. KPCB general partner John Doerr has joined the Remind101 board.
