DNS and application traffic management solutions provider NS1 has raised a $33 million Series C venture round.

Cloud service management company CloudHealth Technologies has raised $20 million in Series C funding. The investment was led by new investor Sapphire Ventures, with participation from Scale Venture Partners, .406 Ventures, and Sigma Prime Ventures. Jai Das, managing director at Sapphire Ventures, will join CloudHealth’s board.

Browser-based content creation platform Ceros has raised $6.2 million in a Series B round of funding. Investors in the round include Sigma Prime Ventures, Starvest Partners and Ceros' A round investors, Greycroft Partners.
