IBM announced  X-Force Red Labs, a network of four secure facilities dedicated to testing the security of devices and systems including consumer and industrial IoT technologies, automotive equipment, and Automated Teller Machines (ATMs), the company said in a statement.

Cisco is acquiring privately-held Duo Security. Under the terms of the agreement, Cisco will pay $2.35 billion in cash and assumed equity for the company.
