RiverMeadow Software has closed a $12 million Series B financing round from Cisco, and Violin Memory, among others. The RiverMeadow Cloud Migration SaaS automates the migration of live physical, virtual and cloud-based servers "as-is" into public, private and hybrid cloud environments.
