Citrix has completed its acquisition of RightSignature, a cloud-based electronic signature company located in Santa Barbara, Calif. RightSignature, which integrates with Citrix ShareFile, provides a solution to get documents signed electronically. The RightSignature team will join Citrix. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
