ThreatStream, a company that provides a threat intelligence platform for cyber threats, has raised $22 million in series B funding led by General Catalyst Partners. New investors Institutional Venture Partners and previous investors Google Ventures and Paladin Capital Group also participated in the round. Steve Herrod, managing director at General Catalyst Partners is joining the ThreatStream board.

Visible Measures, a company that measures and analyzes video performance for brands and publishers, has closed a $7 million investment round. General Catalyst Partners participated in the financing, along with Mohr Davidow Ventures, DAG Ventures, Northgate Capital, Commonfund, and Advance Publications.

Circle Internet Financial, a digital currency company, has closed $17 million in Series B financing, bringing its total raise to date to $26 million....

ClassDojo, a mobile tool for teachers that helps them manage the behavior of their students, has raised $8.5 million in Series A funding. Investors in the round include Shasta Ventures, Yuri Milner, General Catalyst, SoftTech VC, and SV Angel.

Cloud-based SaaS payroll provider ZenPayroll has raised a $20 million Series A funding round from General Catalyst Partners and Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers. In the past fourteen months since its public launch, ZenPayroll says it has processed hundreds of millions of dollars in payroll.
