DNS and application traffic management solutions provider NS1 has raised a $33 million Series C venture round.

SimpleTuition, a website that offers student loan comparisons and related resources for students, has raised $26 million. Investors in the round include Atlas Venture, Flybridge Capital Partners, and North Hill Ventures. SimpleTuition was founded in Boston in 2006, and has helped more than ten million companies, according to its website.

Apiary, a company that focuses on API design, has secured $1.63 million in seed funding led by Flybridge Capital Partners and Baseline Ventures. The funding will be used to expand the company’s engineering division, among other things, says Apiary.
