London-based Paddle, a software company that provides checkout and licensing solution to businesses, has raised $12.5 million.

East London-based music technology company Roli, has raised $27 million. London-based BGF Ventures and San Francisco-based Founders Fund joined the round, alongside previous investors Balderton Capital, FirstMark Capital, Index Ventures, Horizons Ventures, and Universal Music Group.
