EBay has invested roughly $133.77 million in Indian online marketplace Snapdeal. The two companies will continue to work separately moving forward, says eBay. Other Snapdeal investors include Kalaari Capital, Nexus Venture Partners, Bessemer Venture Partners, Intel Capital and Saama Capital.

Cloud security company CloudLock has raised $16.5 million in a Series C funding round from new investor Bessemer Venture Partners. Existing investors Cedar Fund and Ascent Venture Partners also participated in the round.

Main Street Hub, a marketing platform for local businesses, has closed a $14 million Series B equity financing round led by Bessemer Venture Partners (BVP) with participation from existing investors, including Harrison Metal Capital.
