Ambiq Micro Raises $15M
Ambiq Micro, a company that makes ultra-low power integrated circuits for power-sensitive applications, has closed a $15 million Series C funding round. The funding was led by Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers. Existing investors including Austin Ventures, Mercury Fund, and ARM Holdings. KPCB partner Wen Hsieh will be joining Ambiq Micro’s board.
Compare Metrics Raises $3.8 Million In Funding
Compare Metrics, a provider of adaptive commerce navigation and discovery tools, has raised $3.8 million. The financing is led by Austin Ventures. Existing investors Julie Allegro of Allegro Venture Partners, Bob Greene of Contour Ventures, Capital Factory, Mike Maples Jr. of Floodgate, Brett Hurt of Hurt Family Investments and independent investors Ralph Mack and Adam Ross also participated in the round. Compare Metrics has raised $8 million till date.
Greg Stock Joins Austin Ventures
Greg Stock has joined Austin Ventures as entrepreneur-in-residence, and will be looking after software investments. Prior to joining Austin Ventures, Mr. Stock worked at Macheen as president and CEO, and remains chairman of the company.
