Stratasys has acquired Berkeley, Calif.,-based quality assurance software startup Riven. Members of the Riven team will be integrated into the Stratasys Software business unit. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The acquisition, which closed in October 2022, includes all intellectual property associated with Warp Adaptive Modeling (WAM) and Predictive WAM (PWAM), says Stratasys.

Riven has been a Stratasys connectivity software partner, and its cloud-based software solution will now be integrated into Stratasys’ GrabCAD additive manufacturing platform.
