Stack Overflow has raised $85 million in Series E funding. The investment was led by GIC, with participation from new investors Silver Lake Waterman.
Existing investors Andreessen Horowitz, Index Ventures, Spark Capital, and Union Square Ventures (USV) also participated in the investments.
The financing will be used to accelerate the company’s SaaS knowledge management and collaboration offering, Stack Overflow said in a statement.
Stack Overflow has raised $153 million to date.
