Splunk has appointed Jason Lee as the company’s chief information security officer (CISO). Mr. Lee will oversee global security, including cloud and application security, operations, threat management, penetration testing, risk, and customer trust, Splunk said in a statement.
Most recently, Mr. Lee served as CISO of Zoom. Prior to that, he served as senior vice president of Security Operations at Salesforce. He also spent more than 15 years at Microsoft.
Mr. Lee holds a B.A. from Washington State University.
