SnapLogic, a company that provides elastic integration platform as a service (iPaaS), has closed $20 million in a Series D round of financing. The investment was led by Ignition Partners, with participation from Andreessen Horowitz, H. Barton Asset Management, Pharus Capital Management and Triangle Peak Partners. This brings the company’s total financing to $60 million to date.
SnapLogic says it will use the funds to grow its field sales, marketing and operation, as well as continue to build upon the big data wrangling and streaming capabilities of its connectivity platform.
