Shutterfly names Sally Pofcher CEO

Shutterfly has appointed Sally Pofcher as the company’s chief executive officer. Hilary Schneider, Shutterfly’s former CEO, will transition to a strategic advisor to the company’s board of directors, Shutterfly said in a statement.

Most recently, Ms. Pofcher served as CEO and chair of the board of directors of Hanna Andersson, and as operating partner at the private equity firm L Catterton. Previously, she also served as the board chairman and CEO of Paper Source. Her prior roles include senior vice president of Strategy and Business Development at Gap.
