ServiceNow expands workflow capabilities with two acquisitions

Digital workflow company ServiceNow has announced the acquisition of 4Industry, a technology firm from the Netherlands, and the completion of its acquisition of Smart Daily Management, a digital application developed by EY.

4Industry, established in 2018, provides a mobile application aimed at simplifying tasks on the shop floor. Similarly, Smart Daily Management by EY is designed to improve efficiency for routine operational tasks. These technologies will be integrated into a new Connected Worker solution on the ServiceNow platform, slated for release in 2025.

Lou Fiorello, VP & GM of Security and OT at ServiceNow, stated that these acquisitions would support customers in improving operational efficiency and worker experiences. The deals are part of ServiceNow’s broader initiative to advance digital transformation in key sectors.
