Salesforce signs definitive agreement to acquire CloudCraze

Salesforce has signed a definitive agreement to acquire CloudCraze, a B2B commerce platform built natively on Salesforce. Financial terms of the transaction were not shared.

CloudCraze provides B2B commerce experiences for companies including Coca-Cola, Cummins, Ecolab, Land O’ Lakes and WABCO, according to a statement from Salesforce. The company had received a $20 million funding round from Insight Venture Partners and Salesforce Ventures in 2017.
