Remind101 Closes $3.5M Series A Round

Remind101 - DashboardRemind101 has closed $3.5 million in Series A financing. The Social + Capital Partnership led the round, with participation from First Round Capital, and Yuri Milner, among other seed-round investors. Chamath Palihapitiya, founder and managing partner of The Social + Capital Partnership, has joined Remind101’s board.

Remind101 provides a free messaging service for teachers to communicate with students and parents via text (without sharing telephone numbers) or email.
