Reevu, a company that manufactures helmets for bikes, has unveiled an ‘intelligent helmet’ with internal augmented reality display.
The compact Multiple Reflective Optical Systems. M.R.OP.S enables a fully functioning helmet that can deliver information without eye strain or distraction to the wearer, says Reevu. It can be integrated to accept a number of existing diagnostic and information enabling systems currently linked to the cluster pack of some of the latest bike designs.
The helmets are expected to retail for around $1000. The company is tightlipped about availability, and other details.
