Red Hat To Acquire ManageIQ

Red Hat has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire privately-held ManageIQ, a provider of enterprise cloud management and automation solutions, for $104  million in cash.

The closing of the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including approval by the stockholders of ManageIQ.
