Priceline, IBM settle patent lawsuits

IBM has reached agreement to resolve the patent lawsuit with the Priceline Group, pending in the United States District Court for Delaware.

As part of the confidential settlement, the companies said in a statement that they will obtain cross-licenses to their respective worldwide patent portfolio.
