API platform company Postman has raised $225 million in a Series D round. The latest funding pegs Postman at a $5.6 billion valuation.
Postman’s Series D round was led by Insight Partners, and joined by new investors Coatue, Battery Ventures, and BOND, along withexisting investors CRV and Nexus Venture Partners. DoorDash product leader Gokul Rajaram and Freshworks founder Girish Mathrubootham have also joined as individual investors.
In a statement, the company said Postman will use the Series D capital to expand its teams in the areas of sales, marketing, product, and engineering, among other things.
Postman has raised over $430 million across four rounds to date.
