PGi Acquires Powwownow For $52 Million

PGI

PGi has acquired Via-Vox, trading under the name Powwownow, an European conferencing and collaboration provider focused on small and midsize businesses. The transaction was worth roughly $52.6 million. PGi funded the purchase through its credit facility and cash and equivalents on hand.

Powwownow serves approximately 240,000 active users in the U.K., France and Germany and has a current projected annual revenue run rate of approximately $22 million, according to PGi.
