Oracle Buys BlueKai

BlueKai

Oracle has signed an agreement to acquire BlueKai, for a reported $400 million. BlueKai provides big data solutions for marketing. The company will be integrated with both Oracle’s Responsys for B2C marketing automation and Eloqua for B2B marketing automation.
