OpenERP Raises $10M

French open-source enterprise resource planning software company OpenERP has raised $10 million dollars in funding.

The investment was jointly provided by XAnge (France), SRIW (Belgium), Sofinnova Partners (France), and the management team. In another development, the company is rebranding to  Odoo.
