Nutanix to acquire Frame

Nutanix has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Frame, a cloud-based Windows desktop and application delivery provider.

Frame will be available following the closing of the acquisition on third-party clouds from AWS and Azure. Availability on Nutanix Xi Cloud and Google Cloud Platform will be announced at a later date, said the companies in a statement.

The closing of the acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions. Financial terms of the transaction were not shared.
