Neural Propulsion Systems raises $17.5M

Pleasanton, Calif.-based Neural Propulsion Systems (NPS), a company specializing in software-defined radar technology, has raised $17.5 million in Series B funding. The funding round was led by Cota Capital, with contributions from GM Ventures and RTX Ventures.

The investment will support NPS in advancing its Atomic Sensing Platform, aimed at transforming radar technology for the automotive industry, the company said in a statement. This technology is expected to provide improved radar resolution and precision by utilizing a new mathematical framework, the Atomic Norm, for processing sensor data.
