Nest Labs Launches Developer Program

Nest Labs has launched the Nest Developer Program, and is building a real-time Web API for the company’s learning thermostat. Nest will officially open its doors in early 2014, but early sign-up has already began.

Nest Labs is working with Control4, a whole-home automation company, on an upcoming closed beta to integrate its thermostat into their system. More such integrations are in the works.
