MuleSoft Raises $37M

MuleSoft has raised a $37 million investment led by NEA. Other investors include salesforce.com, as well as returning investors Hummer Winblad Venture Partners, Morgenthaler Ventures, Lightspeed Venture Partners, SAP Ventures and Bay Partners. This investment brings the company’s total financing to $81 million till date.

The funds will support MuleSoft’s  growth plans across its SaaS and enterprise customer segments, further global expansion, and drive technology innovations, says the company.

MuleSoft provides an integration platform for connecting SaaS and enterprise applications in the cloud and on-premise.

MuleSoft is headquartered in San Francisco, with offices worldwide. The company is privately held and financed by venture capital since July 2006.
