Seoul, South Korea-based autonomous vehicle simulation startup Morai has raised $1.8M in a Series A funding round.
The round includes investment from Kakao Ventures and Korea Credit Guarantee Fund, as well as from existing investors Naver D2SF (Naver D2 Startup Factory).
The investment will help continued development of its simulation software and the company’s efforts to scale their platform, Morai said in a statement.
Morai delivers testing solutions based on their simulation platform, built for the verification and validation of autonomous vehicles, according to the company.
Morai has a branch office in San Francisco.
