Marilyn Matz elected to Teradyne board

Teradyne has elected Marilyn Matz to its board of directors. Ms. Matz was also appointed to the board’s Compensation Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.

Ms. Matz is cofounder, CEO, and board chair of Paradigm4, a scientific analytics software company. She has more than 35 years of experience in automation, machine vision and software analytics related technologies, according to a statement from Teradyne.

Ms. Matz has degrees in computer science from Syracuse University and MIT.
