Life360 Raises $10 Million In Series B Financing

Life360, a location and communication app for families, has raised $10 million in Series B funding. The Series B was led by DCM, with participation from existing investors. The investment brings total funding raised by Life360 to date to $20 million.

Life360 will use the capital to help fund growth initiatives including product enhancements, distribution and localization of the app for international markets. It will also invest in product integration with partners in the home security and automotive sectors, among other things, says the company.

Founded in 2008, Life360 recently surpassed 40 million users, and is a free app for iOS and Android that uses location-based technology to help users stay connected.
