LIbrary Of Congress Awards Indus IT Services Contract

Library_Of_CongressIndus, a federal IT solutions provider, has been awarded a five-year prime contract by the Library of Congress (LOC) to provide technology services for the end user community.

Services will include operations of the ITS Service Desk using ITIL best practices, asset management and knowledge management, technical documentation, and ensuring overall LOC end-user satisfaction. Indus will also provide network and server administration, full life cycle software application management, and audio/visual support services for LOC special events.
