Cloud-based intellectual property management and analytics company Lecorpio has raised $10 million in Series B funding. The investment was led by M2O. The funds will be used to make strategic hires, and accelerate product development, among other things, says the company.
In another development, Lecorpio has made two key hires. The company’s vice president of engineering, Sunny McRae, joins from JPMorgan Chase where he served as managing director and senior vice president. Mark Bullard has also joined Lecorpio’s team as vice president of product management. Prior to joining Lecorpio, Mr. Bullard was vice president of sales for Anaqua.
