L-3 Wins NSA Contracts Worth $367M

L-3 Communications was awarded two National Security Agency (NSA) Enterprise Program Management (EPM) contracts worth a total of $367.3 million. The five-year contracts provide systems engineering, acquisition planning, program management and financial management for two of NSA’s major mission areas. Together, the maximum ceiling value of both contracts over five years is approximately $1 billion.
