IRS Signs $50M Application Development Platform Deal With MicroPact

MicroPact

MicroPact was awarded a blanket purchase agreement with the U.S. Internal Revenue Service (IRS). The agency selected MicroPact’s entellitrak as an application development platform to meet its case management solutions. As part of the new agreement, which is worth as much as $50 million, all departments and sub-agencies that operate under the IRS will have access to purchase software development licenses in order to build out enterprise case management solutions.

This is the third enterprise-level BPA between MicroPact and the IRS since the two organizations started working together more than 17 years ago. The IRS has deployed more than 20 entellitrak case management solutions – ranging from human resources systems to appeals management solutions – during that time.
