Intel names April Miller Boise chief legal officer

Intel has appointed April Miller Boise as executive vice president and chief legal officer. She succeeds Steven Rodgers, who retired after more than 20 years at Intel.

Ms. Miller Boise will become a member of the executive leadership team and will report directly to Intel CEO Pat Gelsinger, Intel said in a statement. She will also act as a strategic adviser to the company’s executive leadership team and board of directors.

Ms. Miller Boise joins Intel from Eaton, where she served as executive vice president and chief legal officer. Prior to joining Eaton in 2020, she served as senior vice president, chief legal officer and corporate secretary for Meritor.

Ms. Miller Boise holds a Juris Doctor from The University of Chicago Law School and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan Business School. She is a member of the board of directors of Trane Technologies.
